Bottom weight kit

For freediving you need a wetsuit, a mask or a nose-clip, a safety leash, a buoy with a rope, and a bottom weight.
Usually the bottom weight depend of the discipline. For diving with fins or breaststroke, it’s o.k. to have 3 to 7 kg of weight (7 to 15
pounds). For pulling on the rope, use at least 14 kg (30 pounds).

Sometimes it’s good to be able to change the weight quickly.

We offer this new buckle design on a standard strap. It makes adding and removing weights easier. Usually you’d use scuba weights,
eventually rented from a dive-shop, to assemble the bottom weight you need.

Also it is handy to carry a rather heavy weight holding this large buckle, not the slippery strap.

The buckle is made of marine grade stainless steel. Just don’t loose it overboard. It looks cool with the animals cut-outs, and make you think of great dives while you’re not freediving.
